Hi. I'm the PM for a small fintech startup and the business team is constantly changing priorities based on new client requests, so the tech team cannot cope with all the new features and these end up suffering continuous delays. Do you let new customers drive your product roadmap, or just decide your own roadmap and stick with it? Which approach works best in order to gain more product velocity?
